1. What is Vorax?

2. Do you keep stock locally?
Yes. We work with trusted local suppliers and fulfillment partners within South Africa. Stock availability may vary per product, but all orders are dispatched locally to ensure reliable delivery times.
3. Is Vorax a registered business?
Yes. Vorax is the trading name of Vorax Technologies (PTY) Ltd (Registration No. 2025/494434/07), a legally registered South African business that complies with all applicable local regulations.
4. Are you a VAT vendor?
We are currently not registered as a VAT vendor. If this changes in future, our invoicing and policies will be updated accordingly.

6. Is Vorax a marketplace?
No. Vorax is a single-merchant online retailer. All orders are placed directly with Vorax Technologies (PTY) Ltd, payments are processed by us, and customer support, warranties, returns, and refunds are handled by Vorax.

We currently deliver nationwide across South Africa.
8. How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1β2 business days. Delivery usually takes a further 1β3 business days depending on your location and courier schedules. Total delivery time is typically 2β5 business days from order placement. Please note these are estimated timeframes and may occasionally vary due to courier operations or unforeseen circumstances.
9. Do you offer express or overnight shipping?
At this stage, we do not offer express or overnight shipping. All orders are dispatched within 1β2 business days and typically arrive within 2β5 business days.
10. How much does shipping cost?
We offer flat-rate shipping of R150 on all orders within South Africa. This rate applies regardless of order value or location. For full details, please view our Shipping Policy.

11. How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp. You can also view your order status by logging into your customer account.
12. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly, so changes or cancellations are not guaranteed. If you contact us immediately and the order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to assist.
13. What if I receive the wrong item or my order arrives damaged?
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Email your order number and clear photos to info@vorax.co.za or contact us via WhatsApp at +27 68 641 2912. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
14. What is your return policy for change-of-mind returns?
Under ECTA Section 44, you can return any non-defective product within 7 days of delivery for a full refund β no questions asked. Products must be unused and in their original packaging with all accessories included. You are only responsible for return shipping costs (R150). No restocking fees apply. 15. What about defective or faulty products?
Defective or faulty products are covered under the Consumer Protection Act and the applicable manufacturer's warranty. No fees or return shipping charges apply to genuine defects β we cover everything. Contact us immediately with your order number and description of the issue.
16. How do I initiate a return?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery via email at info@vorax.co.za or WhatsApp at +27 68 641 2912 with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions and confirm your full refund amount.
17. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. You receive a full product refund β your only cost is the R150 return shipping.
18. Can I exchange a product instead of returning it?
Yes, we accept exchanges within the 7-day return window. The product must be unused and in original packaging. For change-of-mind exchanges, you pay R150 return shipping and standard R150 shipping for the new order. For defective items or our error, we cover all shipping costs. All products sold on Vorax are sourced from established South African distributors and wholesale partners who supply authorised retail channels. We do not source products from consumers or informal sellers.
20. Are your products authentic?
Yes. All products sold on Vorax are 100% genuine and supplied through legitimate distribution channels. We do not sell counterfeit, grey-market, or illegally imported goods.
21. Who fulfils my order?
Orders are fulfilled through Voraxβs local fulfilment and logistics partners within South Africa. This allows us to offer reliable delivery times and local after-sales support.

24. Are your products new or refurbished?
All products sold on Vorax are brand new unless clearly stated otherwise on the product page. We only sell new products and this is reflected in our return policy.
25. Do products include a warranty?
Yes. All products sold on Vorax are covered by the Consumer Protection Act and include a minimum 6-month implied warranty. Many products also carry manufacturer warranties ranging from 12 to 24 months, depending on the brand and product category. Vorax assists customers with warranty claims and after-sales support throughout the warranty period.
26. Do you offer bulk or business pricing?
Yes. We do offer bulk and B2B pricing on selected products. Please contact us at info@vorax.co.za with your requirements.
27. Do products come with manuals or setup instructions?
