Shipping Fees

We charge a flat delivery fee of R150 on all orders within South Africa.

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Payment Confirmation

  • Most payments confirm within 24 hours
  • Some payment methods may take up to 2 business days
  • Orders are only dispatched once payment has cleared

Non-Processing Days

  • Saturdays and Sundays
  • South African public holidays

Delivery Timeframes

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes 1–3 business days, depending on the delivery address and courier route.

Total estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days from the date the order is placed.

Delivery Times May Vary Due To

  • Courier routing and service schedules
  • Remote or outlying delivery locations
  • Unforeseen logistical or operational delays

Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed, however we make every reasonable effort to deliver within the stated period.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification via email and/or WhatsApp containing:

  • Dispatch confirmation
  • Your tracking number
  • A link to track your delivery online
  • An estimated delivery date

You may also view your order status by logging into your Vorax account.

If you have not received tracking details within 2 business days after dispatch, please contact us and we will assist promptly.


Courier Partners

Vorax works with reputable South African courier companies to ensure secure and reliable delivery.

Courier selection is determined by:

  • Service reliability
  • Delivery coverage for your area
  • Delivery efficiency

We are unable to accommodate requests for specific courier companies.


Customer Delivery Responsibilities

To avoid delays, please ensure that the following details are accurate at checkout:

  • Correct delivery address
  • Complex, unit, or gate access details where applicable
  • A valid contact number
  • Someone available to receive the delivery

Failed Deliveries

Vorax cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address details
  • No recipient available at the delivery address
  • Incorrect contact information
  • Delivery instructions requesting parcels be left with third parties

Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned due to failed delivery or incorrect details, a re-delivery fee of R150 will apply.

Address Changes

  • Please contact us immediately at info@vorax.co.za or via WhatsApp
  • Address changes are not guaranteed once an order has been dispatched

Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Courier capacity constraints during peak periods
  • Public holidays
  • Load shedding or infrastructure disruptions
  • Strikes, road closures, or force majeure events

Our Commitment

  • We will notify you promptly if a delay occurs
  • We will provide updated delivery information
  • We will actively liaise with couriers to resolve issues

Inspecting Your Order

Upon delivery, please:

  1. Inspect the parcel for visible damage before signing
  2. Verify that all items are present and correct
  3. Report any issues immediately

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Note the issue on the courier documentation
  • Take clear photos of the packaging and item
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

If an item is damaged or incorrect, Vorax will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
