A deep-dive into your processes, chart of accounts, entity hierarchy and reporting needs, with a gap analysis against standard Sage Intacct capability.
Weeks 1–2Legacy data extraction, cleansing and transformation. Master data and opening balances are migrated and reconciled, with sign-off checkpoints.
Weeks 2–4Chart-of-accounts build, dimensions, transaction mapping, workflows and entity-level customisation, plus integrations where required.
Weeks 3–6Training sessions per module, user acceptance testing against a sign-off checklist, and issue-resolution cycles.
Weeks 5–7Environment checks, a rollback plan and parallel reconciliation across every configured module before sign-off.
Weeks 7–8A dedicated support period covering issue triage, reconciliation checks, reporting refinement and ongoing advice.

Yes. Alongside project work, you can contract our certified Sage Intacct consultant by the day or by the month, for example to support a go-live, clear a backlog or cover a gap in your finance team. Day rates are quoted on request.
Both. We are based in Gauteng and work remotely with organisations anywhere in South Africa. On-site work, in Gauteng or elsewhere in the country, is by arrangement.
Yes. A Sage partner that needs extra implementation capacity can contract our consultant for its own client projects. We remain independent and do not sell or license Sage software.
Yes, but the licence comes first. Once your subscription with Sage or an authorised partner is in place, we can scope and start.
A typical project runs eight to twelve weeks from scoping to the end of hypercare. Entity count, data quality and integrations move that in either direction, so we confirm the timeline in your scoping proposal.
