Unleash Next-Generation AI Gaming Power
The Acer Predator Helios Neo 16 AI is engineered for the discerning South African gamer who refuses to compromise. At its core sits the Intel Core Ultra 9 290HX Plus processor paired with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 8GB GDDR7 graphics card — a combination that tears through the most demanding modern titles and creative workloads with ruthless efficiency. Backed by 16 GB of DDR5 memory running at up to 6400 MT/s and a 1 TB PCIe Gen4 NVMe SSD, the Helios Neo 16 AI is a gaming laptop built to dominate.
A Display That Pulls You Into the Fight
Tired of missing critical details because your display can't keep up? The 16-inch WQXGA panel — delivering a crisp 2560 x 1600 resolution across a 16:10 aspect ratio — renders every environment with exceptional depth and sharpness. At 180Hz, motion is silky smooth and screen tear becomes a thing of the past, giving you the visual edge to react faster and spot enemies before they spot you. The 100% sRGB colour gamut ensures every scene is rendered with vivid, true-to-life colour fidelity.
Networking Built to Win, Not to Wait
Lag is the enemy of victory. The Helios Neo 16 AI arms you with Intel Killer Wi-Fi 6E — covering 2.4GHz, 5GHz, and 6GHz bands with 2x2 MU-MIMO technology — alongside Killer Ethernet E3100G 2.5G wired networking. Killer DoubleShot Pro and Advanced Stream Detect 2.0 intelligently prioritise game traffic so your connection stays fast and stable when it matters most. Whether you're competing online from Johannesburg or streaming from Cape Town, your network is no longer a bottleneck.
A Machine Built for the Long Haul
The Predator Helios Neo 16 AI doesn't just perform — it endures. A 92 Wh four-cell Li-ion battery keeps you off the wall for up to 5 hours, while the 330 W AC adapter ensures rapid recovery when you plug back in. The FineTip RGB-backlit keyboard with 2.0 mm key travel, dedicated PredatorSense key, programmable Acer My Key, and a moisture-resistant precision touchpad mean every input is intentional and responsive. Add Thunderbolt 4, USB 3.2 Gen 2, HDMI 2.1, and a full suite of ports, and you have a system that connects to your entire battle station without compromise. The 36-month warranty backs every session with the confidence it deserves.
