The Cudy 16-Port Layer 2 Managed Gigabit PoE+ Switch with 2 x Uplink and 2 x FSP slots allows you to manage your home or office network with ease. It features 16 Ethernet PoE ports with 2 x uplink ports and 2 x SFP slots. Its PoE RJ-45 connectors support any 10/100/1000Mbps Ethernet devices, while the 2 non-PoE uplink ports support 10/100/1000Mbps Ethernet devices and it’s compliant with IEEE 802.3af/802.3at network standards.


Used for many applications the Cudy 16 Port PoE+ Switch works with IP Cameras for home, office or small businesses. It also works well with PCs, printers and access points in your home or office, making it ideal for small businesses. It even features a VLAN mode for additional security, this allows the ports to be isolated from one another.


Its simple plug-and-play interface makes it incredibly easy to use. Its sturdy design is made from high-quality metal. This gives you a longer service life and provides better heat dissipation, making it suitable for most environments. It also features a fanless design with venting holes to help dissipate heat with silent operation.


Watchdog guarantees the uninterrupted operation of your PoE devices. The PoE watchdog continuously monitors the connection status of remote hosts. If an error is detected on the remote PoE device, the PoE switch immediately restarts the device to bring it back to normal operation.

Shipping

Delivery is free on orders of R2,500 or more. Below R2,500 a R150 delivery fee applies, shown at checkout before you pay.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are only processed once funds have cleared in the Vorax bank account.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking details.

Warranty & refunds

Where a product's warranty is listed on its page, that is the warranty you get. Products without a listed warranty carry a minimum 6-month warranty from the date of purchase, and a longer manufacturer warranty might apply.

Shipping for approved replacements or repairs is covered by us.

Unwanted products (change of mind) must be returned within 7 calendar days of delivery, unused, in original packaging and suitable for resale.

All returned items are subject to inspection before a refund is approved.

How long does order processing take?

We process all orders within 1–2 business days once payment has cleared. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is on its way.

How long does delivery take?

Once dispatched, delivery takes 1–3 business days depending on your location. Including processing, total delivery time is 2–5 business days from the date you order.

Do you ship everywhere in South Africa?

Yes, we offer nationwide shipping. Certain high-risk or no-go areas may experience delays, and we will contact you if this applies to your address.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa and Mastercard cards, interest-free instalments with Stitch Pay Later (subject to approval), Instant EFT, Zapper, Mobicred and direct bank transfer (EFT). The options available for your order are shown at checkout. Orders are only processed once payment has cleared.

Pay by direct bank transfer and save 3%: choose Bank deposit at checkout. Checkout shows the full price; once your order is placed we apply the 3% and email your reduced total within 1 business day. Pay that amount, using your order number as the reference. If you have already paid the full amount, we refund the 3% to you. The saving does not apply to Instant EFT or other payment methods.

What if the item I want is out of stock?

Items marked out of stock cannot be purchased directly on the website. You are welcome to contact us and we may be able to arrange a manual backorder, subject to supplier availability.

Manual backorders are processed only after full payment via EFT or secure payment link, and lead times vary depending on supplier stock.

Yes. Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor delivery.
