About this product
The Port Designs Hanoi II 15.6" Clamshell Notebook Case is a sturdy yet lightweight bag, designed to transport your laptop safely. Its modern and popular style was developed by our designers in our creative studio in Paris. This bag is called a Clamshell bag because the zipper allows it to open up completely, going around the structural frame of the bag.
This system allows you to secure your computer in the bag more easily using a hook and loop strap that will encase your laptop and prevent it from falling out of the bag if it is opened suddenly. A large front storage pocket will give you easy access to your mobile phone, pens, business cards, chargers, etc. You can organize your storage space as you wish with ease. There is also a trolley strap on the reverse of the bag, which is very convenient for carrying your bag and trolley with one hand.

Shipping, warranty and common questions
Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are only processed once funds have cleared in the Vorax bank account.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking details.
Warranty and refunds
All products carry a minimum 6-month warranty from the date of purchase. Some products carry longer manufacturer warranties, which we honour.
Shipping for approved replacements or repairs is covered by us.
Unwanted products (change of mind) must be returned within 7 calendar days from the date of invoice or receipt, unused, in original sealed packaging and suitable for resale.
All returned items are subject to inspection before a refund is approved.
How long does order processing take?
We process all orders within 1–2 business days once payment has cleared. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is on its way.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days after processing, depending on your location. Some remote areas may take longer.
Do you ship everywhere in South Africa?
Yes, we offer nationwide shipping. Certain high-risk or no-go areas may experience delays, and we will contact you if this applies to your address.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online payments via credit and debit card, EFT, Payfast, Zapper and Mobicred. Orders are only processed once payment has cleared in our account.
What if the item I want is out of stock?
Items marked out of stock cannot be purchased directly on the website. You are welcome to contact us and we may be able to arrange a manual backorder, subject to supplier availability.
Manual backorders are processed only after full payment via EFT or secure payment link, and lead times vary depending on supplier stock.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor delivery.
