With Port Mirroring, Loop Prevention and Cable Diagnostics features, TL-SG108E can identify and even locate connection problems on your business network. Moreover, administrators can designate the priority of the traffic based on Port Priority and 802.1P Priority, to ensure that voice and video are always clear, smooth and lag-free. Additionally, to improve security and network performance, TL-SG108E supports MTU VLAN, port-based VLAN and 802.1Q-based VLAN functions. Power down Idle Ports
When a computer or network equipment is off, the corresponding port of a traditional switch will continue to consume considerable amounts of power. The TL-SG108E can automatically detect the link status of each port and reduce the power consumption of ports that are idle.
Power Budget According to Cable Length
Ideally, shorter cables would use less power with less power degradation over their length; this is not the case with most devices as they will use the same amount of power across the cable regardless of whether it is 10 or 50 meters in length. The TL-SG108E analyzes the length of the Ethernet cable connected and adjusts the power usage accordingly, rather than keeping the power consumption in a conventional solution.
Ease of Use
TL-SG108E is easy to use and manage. Auto MDI/MDI-X crossover on all ports eliminate the need for crossover cables or uplink ports. Auto-negotiation on each port senses the link speed of a network device (either 10, 100, or 1000 Mbps) and intelligently adjusts for compatibility and optimal performance. Its compact size makes it ideal for desktops with limited space while also being Rack-mountable, convenient and safe. Dynamic LED lights provide real-time work status display and basic fault diagnosis.

Shipping, warranty and common questions
Shipping
Delivery is free on orders of R2,500 or more. Below R2,500 a R150 delivery fee applies, shown at checkout before you pay.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are only processed once funds have cleared in the Vorax bank account.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking details.
Warranty & refunds
Where a product's warranty is listed on its page, that is the warranty you get. Products without a listed warranty carry a minimum 6-month warranty from the date of purchase, and a longer manufacturer warranty might apply.
Shipping for approved replacements or repairs is covered by us.
Unwanted products (change of mind) must be returned within 7 calendar days of delivery, unused, in original packaging and suitable for resale.
All returned items are subject to inspection before a refund is approved.
How long does order processing take?
We process all orders within 1–2 business days once payment has cleared. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is on its way.
How long does delivery take?
Once dispatched, delivery takes 1–3 business days depending on your location. Including processing, total delivery time is 2–5 business days from the date you order.
Do you ship everywhere in South Africa?
Yes, we offer nationwide shipping. Certain high-risk or no-go areas may experience delays, and we will contact you if this applies to your address.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard cards, interest-free instalments with Stitch Pay Later (subject to approval), Instant EFT, Zapper, Mobicred and direct bank transfer (EFT). The options available for your order are shown at checkout. Orders are only processed once payment has cleared.
Pay by direct bank transfer and save 3%: choose Bank deposit at checkout. Checkout shows the full price; once your order is placed we apply the 3% and email your reduced total within 1 business day. Pay that amount, using your order number as the reference. If you have already paid the full amount, we refund the 3% to you. The saving does not apply to Instant EFT or other payment methods.
What if the item I want is out of stock?
Items marked out of stock cannot be purchased directly on the website. You are welcome to contact us and we may be able to arrange a manual backorder, subject to supplier availability.
Manual backorders are processed only after full payment via EFT or secure payment link, and lead times vary depending on supplier stock.

Yes. Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor delivery.
