The 120mm silent fan is ideal for quiet computing and is designed for longer life, guaranteeing hours of reliable operation. It also features a thermal manager which gives you advanced fan control for optimal heat and noise management and will allow your PSU to stay at an optimal temperature. Shipping, warranty and common questions
Shipping
Delivery is free on orders of R2,500 or more. Below R2,500 a R150 delivery fee applies, shown at checkout before you pay.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are only processed once funds have cleared in the Vorax bank account.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking details.
Warranty & refunds
Where a product's warranty is listed on its page, that is the warranty you get. Products without a listed warranty carry a minimum 6-month warranty from the date of purchase, and a longer manufacturer warranty might apply.
Shipping for approved replacements or repairs is covered by us.
Unwanted products (change of mind) must be returned within 7 calendar days of delivery, unused, in original packaging and suitable for resale.
All returned items are subject to inspection before a refund is approved.
How long does order processing take?
We process all orders within 1–2 business days once payment has cleared. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is on its way.
How long does delivery take?
Once dispatched, delivery takes 1–3 business days depending on your location. Including processing, total delivery time is 2–5 business days from the date you order.
Do you ship everywhere in South Africa?
Yes, we offer nationwide shipping. Certain high-risk or no-go areas may experience delays, and we will contact you if this applies to your address.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard cards, interest-free instalments with Stitch Pay Later (subject to approval), Instant EFT, Zapper, Mobicred and direct bank transfer (EFT). The options available for your order are shown at checkout. Orders are only processed once payment has cleared.
Pay by direct bank transfer and save 3%: choose Bank deposit at checkout. Checkout shows the full price; once your order is placed we apply the 3% and email your reduced total within 1 business day. Pay that amount, using your order number as the reference. If you have already paid the full amount, we refund the 3% to you. The saving does not apply to Instant EFT or other payment methods.
What if the item I want is out of stock?
Items marked out of stock cannot be purchased directly on the website. You are welcome to contact us and we may be able to arrange a manual backorder, subject to supplier availability.
Manual backorders are processed only after full payment via EFT or secure payment link, and lead times vary depending on supplier stock.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor delivery.
