With a maximum wash capacity of 305 × 165 × 300 mm and a cleaning container capacity of 20L, it handles large and batch prints with ease — making it compatible with the Photon M3 Max, Photon Mono M7 Max, and most mainstream LCD printers with a build volume of 13.6 inches or smaller. One-click automation drives the full wash and cure cycle, eliminating messy manual handling, while three flexible modes — Auto (13–42.5 mins), Wash (10–39.5 mins), and Cure (0.5–30 mins) — let you dial in the process to suit each print. A 360° rotating curing platform powered by 20 × 405nm LEDs plus a gooseneck light delivers a maximum curing power density of 25,000 μW/cm² at 18 cm irradiation distance for a thorough, even cure. Full-process intelligent monitoring alerts you to open covers, low voltage, blockages, and liquid inflow issues before they become problems. The result is a cleaner, faster, and more controlled post-processing workflow from first wash to finished print.

Shipping, warranty and common questions
Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are only processed once funds have cleared in the Vorax bank account.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking details.
Warranty & refunds
All products carry a minimum 6-month warranty from the date of purchase. Some products carry longer manufacturer warranties, which we honour.
Shipping for approved replacements or repairs is covered by us.
Unwanted products (change of mind) must be returned within 7 calendar days of delivery, unused, in original packaging and suitable for resale.
All returned items are subject to inspection before a refund is approved.
How long does order processing take?
We process all orders within 1–2 business days once payment has cleared. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is on its way.
How long does delivery take?
Once dispatched, delivery takes 1–3 business days depending on your location. Including processing, total delivery time is 2–5 business days from the date you order.
Do you ship everywhere in South Africa?
Yes, we offer nationwide shipping. Certain high-risk or no-go areas may experience delays, and we will contact you if this applies to your address.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online payments via credit and debit card, EFT, Payfast, Zapper and Mobicred. Orders are only processed once payment has cleared in our account.
What if the item I want is out of stock?
Items marked out of stock cannot be purchased directly on the website. You are welcome to contact us and we may be able to arrange a manual backorder, subject to supplier availability.
Manual backorders are processed only after full payment via EFT or secure payment link, and lead times vary depending on supplier stock.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor delivery.
