The Xiaomi C400 Smart Camera offers ultra-clear video with its 2560 x 1440 high resolution and 4MP camera. The C400 can also deliver amazing 2.5K videos with subtle details that are true to life. This combined with the 6P lens, the camera effectively reduces light refraction. As a result, the images are so clear as if you are on the spot and seeing them for yourself. The camera is pre-installed with the rotation base and can be placed on a table, window, ceiling, or wall.


The dual-motor pan-tilt zoom design enables the lens to rotate up, down, left and right. When checking your smartphone outside your home, you can have a panoramic view of what happens at your home, giving you a complete sense of security. The high-quality, large-diameter design enhances the stereo sound quality of the speakers while amplifying and restoring the true nature of sounds. When making two-way voice calls with your baby, you feel as if your baby is next to you.


The built-in AI human detection module can identify humanoid contours faster and automatically locate and shoot after locking the humanoid, reducing false alarms caused by disturbances of other objects (such as small animals walking or light changes). In this way, you will be less bothered by false alarms. For connectivity, the C400 supports 2.4GHz/5GHz dual-band Wi-Fi connections for reduced signal interference and a more stable connection while delivering faster network transmission. It also supports local microSD storage for automatic loop recording.

Shipping, warranty and common questions

Shipping

Delivery is free on orders of R2,500 or more. Below R2,500 a R150 delivery fee applies, shown at checkout before you pay.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are only processed once funds have cleared in the Vorax bank account.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking details.

Warranty & refunds

Where a product's warranty is listed on its page, that is the warranty you get. Products without a listed warranty carry a minimum 6-month warranty from the date of purchase, and a longer manufacturer warranty might apply.

Shipping for approved replacements or repairs is covered by us.

Unwanted products (change of mind) must be returned within 7 calendar days of delivery, unused, in original packaging and suitable for resale.

All returned items are subject to inspection before a refund is approved.

How long does order processing take?

We process all orders within 1–2 business days once payment has cleared. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is on its way.

How long does delivery take?

Once dispatched, delivery takes 1–3 business days depending on your location. Including processing, total delivery time is 2–5 business days from the date you order.

Do you ship everywhere in South Africa?

Yes, we offer nationwide shipping. Certain high-risk or no-go areas may experience delays, and we will contact you if this applies to your address.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa and Mastercard cards, interest-free instalments with Stitch Pay Later (subject to approval), Instant EFT, Zapper, Mobicred and direct bank transfer (EFT). The options available for your order are shown at checkout. Orders are only processed once payment has cleared.

Pay by direct bank transfer and save 3%: choose Bank deposit at checkout. Checkout shows the full price; once your order is placed we apply the 3% and email your reduced total within 1 business day. Pay that amount, using your order number as the reference. If you have already paid the full amount, we refund the 3% to you. The saving does not apply to Instant EFT or other payment methods.

What if the item I want is out of stock?

Items marked out of stock cannot be purchased directly on the website. You are welcome to contact us and we may be able to arrange a manual backorder, subject to supplier availability.

Manual backorders are processed only after full payment via EFT or secure payment link, and lead times vary depending on supplier stock.

Yes. Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor delivery.
